Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges.  Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to finalizing your purchase, including your billing and shipping address, e-mail and telephone number.

Faith Pin Store will charge a 20% restock fee for all cancellation. Please think before you make the purchase. For order that had already shipped out we will not able to cancel the order.

If item is returned to us because the customer was not available to sign for it (in some cases we do require signature on delivery) original shipping fee in this case is non refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or returned packages in the event you moved and forgot to change your shipping address
